Characteristics of Generator Products
The 3MW or above generators sold by our company can be combined with four types of towing machines with speeds of 3000, 3600, 1500, and 1800r/min. Users can choose between two internationally recognized power supply frequency requirements: 50Hz and 60Hz; Among them, 3000 (3600) r/min corresponds to a 2-pole hidden pole generator, and 1500 (1800) r/min corresponds to a 4-pole hidden pole generator.
Our company acts can sell 2-pole and 4-pole steam turbine generator. We use the most advanced simulation software and finite element method to optimize the electromagnetic design of the motor, reducing the stator slot leakage reactance and motor end leakage flux of traditional products; In terms of ventilation, the traditional old-fashioned centrifugal ventilation method with high noise and low efficiency has been eliminated, reducing vibration and noise, thereby improving operational reliability and overall efficiency, which is 0.2% to 0.6% higher than national standards and similar domestic products.
The generator can adopt coaxial brushless excitation or static thyristor rectification (brushed) excitation according to user requirements.
The motor adopts air cooling.
All components of the 5 products are inspected using the first-class quality indicators in the national "Classification Standards". The motor undergoes a complete machine test before leaving the factory to ensure the quality of the synchronous generator.
Structure Introduction
The generator can be traditional on-site assembly or integrated assembly, with motor protection levels of IP44 and IP54. As mentioned earlier, it can be equipped with top mounted or pit mounted air coolers, or other forms can be provided according to user requirements.
The motor is structurally divided into stator, rotor, bearings, end caps, air-water cooler, and brushless excitation (or static controllable excitation).
